 Booking Conditions

• The traveller must provide full name, nationality, passport number and diving qualification when booking.

• Divers are requested to show proof of diving qualification recommended to be minimum Advanced Open Water with 50 logged dives. Divers not considered to be suitably qualified or experienced may be excluded from certain dives at the sole discretion of the boat manager.

We reserve the right to change departure port for logistical or weather considerations

• The safari starts with the boat leaving the harbour once the coast guards authorizations are obtained.

We hold no control of the release time.

Divers are required to hold valid Diving insurance and a medical statement not older than 6 months.

• Final itinerary depends on weather conditions

Guarantee of departure and payment:

Departure is guaranteed with all boat charters

For scheduled itineraries, a minimum booking of 10 persons confirmed 60 days in advance are required to ensure sailing.

• 25%  Deposit to confirm booking,

• 75%  60 days prior to departure.

Cancellation Policy:

• At least 120 days’ notice cancellation: 10% Administration fee.

• 120 to 60 days prior to departure: 25% of the total amount of the cruise will be charged as cancellation fees.

• Less than 60 days prior to departure: 100% of the total amount of the cruise will be charged
